Our week-long camp will be here soon! You’ll need to prepare by completing the following forms before the campout on July 13:
- BSA full medical form. Part C requires a physician’s visit, so schedule that promptly!
- Pre-Camp Medical Screening. All camp attendees (leaders and scouts) must fill out this screening. When you arrive at camp, you’ll be asked the same questions and the answers recorded.
