Using GoToMeeting

You do not need a paid GoToMeeting account to access the committee meeting. Here are the steps you can use to access the meeting.

Mobile device

You can either join through your browser or install an app. Neither option should cost money.

Mobile

  1. Tap the link in the email or text.Tap Join My Meeting
  2. Tap Tap to download the GoToMeeting app from the App Store. 
  3. Tap the Download icon and then click Open.
  4. Enter TodHadley in the Enter meeting ID or name field and tap Join. 
  5. Enter your name and email (optional).
  6. Tap Done

Computer


Browser

  1. Click Join Meeting in Browser.
  2. In the preview screen, click Ok I’m ready

Application

  1. Click Join My Meeting
  2. In the OpenGoTo opener pop-up, click OpenGoTo Opener. (This downloads an application)
  3. In the Tod Hadley’s Meeting, select whether you want to use your computer or phone for the audio. Then click Save and Continue.
  4. Click OK I’m ready
