Our next fundraiser will be a bingo night on MARCH 18th. Please plan on helping with the event.
Bingo cards and entrance will be free, but we will be asking for donations for the troop. A lot of the money raised will come from drink and treats stations, and other fun items people can buy while have a fun night out.
We expect Scouts to:
- Bring a donation prize
- Bring a baked good
- Help pass out flyers and invitations closer to the event date
- Help on the night of the event
- Hep set up before the event
There will be many areas for Scouts to assist, including:
- Bingo calling
- Drinks station
- Treats station
- Bingo pickup station (cards, dabber, etc)
- Bingo checking
- Prize station
